Financial help needed to move house, can I apply for a budgeting loan?

My husband is unable to work and in receipt of Incapacity benefit. He also gets high rate mobility and low rate care from DLA. I can't work as I care for my husband but cannot claim Carer's allowance. We are moving house soon to nearer family, but wonder if we can get any help for removal costs. Would we be able to apply for a budgeting loan for these circumstance's? We have 2 children (not sure if it makes a difference) thanks
