If i am a US citizen,can i get financial aid in Pakistan how will the US govt.help me to meet my studyexpances?

If i have to study abroad like in Pakistan and i am a US citizen,i cant afford my study expances over there.is it possible to get financial aid from US government over there?what is the other way for me to get their support?how can i continue my study over there?i have no idea about it.pleaze help me.
